Uptime monitoring with SSL checks and On-Call paging

#Monitors

• HTTP monitors with a custom method, headers, body and Basic Auth.
• SSL certificate expiry warnings, with the number of days' notice you choose.
• Check intervals down to 15 seconds.
• Organize monitors with tags.
• A redesigned monitor list with up and down counts, 30-day uptime, average response time and a sparkline of recent checks.

#Alerting

• Choose an On-Call escalation policy for a monitor: when it goes down, your on-call team is paged.
• While a monitor stays down, the alert repeats at the interval you set, and when it recovers the alert is resolved automatically.
• Notification channels for Slack, with clear down and recovered messages, and webhooks, which now include a resolved event and the downtime duration.
• Temporary checker errors no longer raise false down alerts.
• Editing controls are hidden from people with view-only access.
