Status page subscriptions and feeds, fixed and hardened

RSS and Atom feeds now link to your status page's own domain over HTTPS.
Feed addresses on your custom domain open the feed instead of the status page.
The public subscribe form is rate-limited, and repeat sign-ups for an unconfirmed address no longer send a new confirmation email each time. This protects your subscribers' inboxes and the emails you are billed for.
Subscription confirmation and update emails are readable in mail apps that use a dark theme.
