A new On-Call → Voice Template screen lets you write the sentence a voice call reads out for an alert, for example to include your customer's name or the affected service.
Insert any field your organization's alerts carry from a list with example values. The alert's title, severity, source and description are always available.
A preview shows exactly what the call will say, and warns about fields an alert might not have. A sentence that names a missing field is skipped, and if nothing is left the call falls back to the standard wording.
The greeting and the key-press instructions always stay, so every call can still be acknowledged. Calls that group several alerts keep the standard wording.
Choose who an acknowledgement timeout calls: go past whoever acknowledged (the default), or call them first as a reminder and only then move on to someone else.
