Alert filters, a redesigned timeline and guided channel setup
By The EvoHub teamUpdated Oct 9, 2026
#Alert list
- New filters for assignee (including unassigned), escalation policy and created date, gathered in a Filters panel. Search also matches alert labels.
- Filters are kept in the address, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared.
#Alert timeline
- A redesigned timeline: events are coloured by what they mean, notes appear as chat bubbles, and notification events name the person who was notified.
#Notification settings
- Turning on voice calls without a verified phone number now walks you through verifying it, and turns the channel on once that is done.
- Turning on push explains how to register a device with the mobile app.
- Each channel says where it sends: "Calls to …", "Emails to …", "Sends to your mobile devices".
#Also in this release
- Searchable people pickers in schedules and escalation policies, and a new date and time picker.
- On incidents, Acknowledge is now Mark Identified.
- Comments can be posted on the alert timeline again.
- A repeating escalation no longer calls the same person again immediately.
- Push notifications on Android appear as heads-up alerts.
