> Usage & Billing arrives: every organization gets a free monthly allowance, pays only for usage above it, and can add cards, buy prepaid credit and download invoices without leaving EvoHub.

EvoHub is billed by usage, not by seat. This release brings the billing area that makes it work.

### Usage & Billing
- See usage by product and metric, monthly statements with their invoices and receipts, every payment taken, and how each statement's total was worked out.
- Every organization gets a **free monthly allowance**. It applies to paying accounts too: you only pay for usage above it. There is no separate trial period.

### Paying
- Add a card in EvoHub's own payment screen, keep several cards, choose the default and remove old ones.
- A billing profile for a business or an individual, with legal name, address and, for businesses, a tax ID.
- Buy **prepaid credit** with a saved card. Bundles come with an invoice.
- Agree to a monthly **commitment** for a lower rate. The agreement is shown in full, and the cost of ending it early is shown before you confirm.

### When the free allowance runs out
- If the allowance is used up and there is no card or credit, outgoing notifications pause. Alerts are still received and stay visible, and each alert's timeline says why nobody was notified.
- Adding a card resumes notifications immediately.
- Voice calls that never connect are not billed.
