Smoother invitations and safer MFA setup

#Invitations

• Pending invitations appear as a banner with Accept and Decline, including invitations sent before you had an account.
• Signing up from an invitation link, with email or with Google or GitHub, joins the organization directly and opens it.
• The sign-up screen shows which organization invited you and with what role.
• Opening an invitation link while already signed in asks you to accept it, instead of accepting it automatically.

#Security

• The QR code and secret for setting up two-factor authentication stay hidden until you click Show QR code, so nobody can read them over your shoulder.
• Reminders to verify your phone number and turn on MFA are grouped together in the console.
