### Integrations
- An integrations catalog with readable, step-by-step setup for every supported tool, including Datadog, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Dynatrace, Sentry, UptimeRobot, PRTG and more.
- Integrations accept each tool's default alert format, so most work without a custom template.
- New integrations: the **EvoHub API** for sending events from your own systems, **Cortex XDR**, **OpenSearch**, and **Email**, which gives each integration its own inbound address for tools that can only send email.
- Zabbix alerts include the host IP, and UptimeRobot alerts sent as JSON are supported.

### Alerts
- **Redirect** an alert to another escalation policy. The new policy's on-call is paged from the first step.
- Live search by title or source, filters for severity and source, 50 or 100 alerts per page, and paging controls at the top and bottom.
- Select open alerts to acknowledge or resolve them in bulk.
- The alert list, the alert bell and incident timelines update live.
- The first notification for a new alert goes out immediately. A burst of alerts for the same person becomes one call, and one key press acknowledges all of them.

### Schedules and escalation
- Custom rotations can hand over on a chosen day.
- Escalation waits are chosen from a list, and escalations respect schedule overrides.
- A **Silence** switch in the top bar pauses on-call and uptime notifications for a set time.
