Heartbeat monitors and per-monitor silence windows

#Heartbeat monitors

• A new Heartbeat monitor type for cron jobs, backups and other scheduled work. Your job pings a unique URL, and EvoHub alerts when a ping is overdue.
• Set the expected interval and a grace period, from minutes up to 30 days, so daily and weekly jobs can be watched too.
• The monitor page shows the ping URL, a ready-to-paste curl command and the time of the last ping.
• An overdue heartbeat goes through the same notifications and On-Call escalation as any other monitor.

#Silence windows

• Individual monitors can be silenced for a window of time, for example by a maintenance window in On-Call, without muting the rest of your organization.
• The monitor list shows which monitors are silenced.
