# Alert takeover, per-step notifications and an Open alerts view

### Takeover
- **Take over** an alert from its detail page: it is assigned to you and acknowledged, and the timeline records who took it over from whom.
- Take over several alerts at once from the alert list.

### Escalation policies
- Choose how each step notifies: the person's own preferences, or only push, a call or email.
- Shorter waits between steps, from one minute up to an hour.
- A step can retry several times, with a delay between attempts.

### Alert list
- A new **Open** view (triggered and acknowledged alerts together) is the default.
- An **Assigned to me** quick filter.
- Sort by any column. The pager shows how many alerts match, for example "1–50 of 372".
- Confirmations use EvoHub's own dialogs instead of the browser's.

### Mobile
- The EvoHub app is now available on the App Store for iPhone, alongside Android.
